Bryn a Môr is a very special place on the beautiful south coast of ancient Dyfed, with an Iron Age Fort and Cairns on the headlands either side. The coastal path spanning two counties is on our doorstep, with spectacular views of the ocean all around. Adjacent to Bryn a Môr is a secluded cove, which at low tide allows walking access to two large sandy beaches. We are flanked by a National Trust Woodland which is also a Site of Special Scientific interest.
On our farm we work with the wild edges of nature, using permaculture and regenerative agriculture techniques to work with the land. We have a wealth of experience in stewarding an abundant biodiverse landscape, with a particular passion for tree planting, raising free range animals and growing food.
Our first 4 years here have been very busy. We have gained the advice of ecologists to ensure our actions support the web of life already present here, including slow worms, Dartford Warblers, red kites, Tawny owls, badgers, Peregrine Falcons, pheasants, orchids and diverse grasses. We have cleared some of the dominant gorse and have created a mosaic of habitats, allowing livestock and horses to graze amongst the rare coastal heath.
Our approach is holistic and grounded in practical experience, having developed our land based livelihood at Lammas for 12 years prior to our move here. From a barren over grazed sheep field our Lammas property became a haven for wildlife, vibrant with insects, invertebrates, honey bees, hedehogs and myriad birds. From this background we have come to Bryn a Môr with an open mind, observing this unique landscape, with a view to encouraging nature’s abundance to thrive. We aim to sustainably support our family, and provide visitors with an immersive nature experience they will never forget.
Our livelihood is diverse, mainly focussed upon developing a market garden to supply produce to a local farm shop, selling duck and chicken eggs, and growing willow for use in our willow workshops. We also have horses and sheep, and have several bee colonies in our developing forest garden.
What People Say
It’s hard to put this place into words, you have to visit it for yourself to get the feeling. The land, sea and sky are beautifully wild, but oh so welcoming at the same time.
A gorgeous place to just ‘Be’… or use as a base to go walking, horse riding, or exploring the rich prehistoric landscape.
I wish I could have stayed longer… and will be going back as soon as I can.
Go … just go… you’ll be so so glad you did ..

We received a warm welcome to a beautiful site with lovely views of the countryside and sea.
The site includes a well constructed Shepherd Hut, Tipi for sleeping and a Yurt which serves as a kitchen/diner, all very comfortable. There are also camping pitches.
An ideal stop just off the coastal path with it’s own connecting track. Beautiful walking and beaches both East and West.
Fabulous place!
The Tipi was absolutely perfect! it was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed. the bed was probably the most comfortable we had ever slept in and the log burner was an added benefit in the evenings. we loved the kitchen yurt and the pristine compost toilets. In fact everything was just perfect and we will definitely book again before the end of the season.
the surrounding area is beautiful to explore with gorgeous walks and opportunities to sea swim just steps away.
A truly magical place! Thank you for creating such a perfect idyll. x
